Batch is a customer engagement platform that marketing teams use to send in-app messages and other campaigns to app and web users, with targeting, A/B tests and frequency caps. The vendor now calls it an AI-powered customer engagement platform. Its Batch AI suite has three parts: Assist, a set of agents that analyse campaigns and generate content variants; Predict, which supplies up to 15 predictive scores; and Decide, where agents launch and optimise campaigns against an objective. The predictive models came with the Moonfish AI team that Batch acquired in April 2026.
