Non-profit job-matching platform that uses AI to translate job seekers' skills, including skills from non-technical sectors, into matching technical vacancies, looking at skills rather than formal qualifications. It was founded as a foundation by Alliander, Enexis, Stedin, TenneT, KPN and contractors Van Gelder and Van Voskuilen to fill technical vacancies in the energy transition and fibre roll-out, and officially launched in Utrecht on 27 November 2023 after pilots in Rivierenland and Amsterdam. E.DSO published it as a success case of Alliander, Enexis and Stedin in 2025. Public sources do not name the AI technology supplier or describe the human review of matches.
