EtherInsights is EfficientEther's operating view for Microsoft 365 and Azure cost optimisation, Windows 365/Cloud PC lifecycle management, tenant backup/drift detection, user lifecycle and offboarding evidence, security conformity, and Copilot readiness scoring -- all via read-only access to a customer's Microsoft tenant. Its companion product EtherAssist adds AI-assisted remediation, generating PowerShell remediation code inline for security conformity findings (e.g. privileged role assignment issues) surfaced within EtherInsights. AI features run on Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI Service deployed inside EfficientEther's own Azure subscription and region (customer chooses EU/Germany or US) -- the vendor explicitly states no separate OpenAI (openai.com) relationship exists, so AI prompt/response content stays within the same Azure tenancy and is covered by the Microsoft Azure DPA. EfficientEther holds ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management systems, covering governance, risk assessment, and transparency across all AI-enabled capabilities in its products, not a single feature.
