AskFlow Agents is Asksuite's proactive multi-agent automation layer. Unlike the reactive assistant, its agents act on events from the booking engine, PMS or CRM and message travelers automatically, mainly on WhatsApp (which needs a verified Meta WhatsApp Business API account). Named agents cover check-in and check-out, booking confirmation, promotional vouchers, guest satisfaction surveys, CRM data submission, chat recovery, booking-engine abandonment, unavailability follow-up, group quote follow-up and cancellation recovery. Asksuite says the agents 'complete the action' without conversation loops, and do not replace staff. Rated medium: the actions are mostly outbound messages, but they run unattended and at scale, can send vouchers (discounts), write guest data into the CRM, and re-contact people who only abandoned a booking form or asked for a quote, which raises consent and marketing-message compliance questions that fall on the hotel as controller. Asksuite documents no approval steps, spend or voucher limits, frequency caps or opt-out handling. The vendor's own statistics conflict within the same page (3.3M tasks and 350 hotels versus 'over 2 million' and '300+'; 21x versus up to 40x ROI). The same assurance gaps as Sophia apply: no trust center, sub-processor list, DPA or certification, and unnamed AI providers.
