Neolook S2S is a camera and audio platform for neonatal and paediatric intensive care. S2S Family streams video of the baby to parents; S2S Professional gives nurses and doctors continuous video and audio with lookback of clinical events; S2S Academic collects video and biosensing data for research; the bedside sensorheads are Neolook One, Mira and Compact. The vendor calls the device 'powered for clinical algorithms, AI and biosensing' and S2S Academic 'AI-assisted', without naming models. The AI in care use is cry detection: a hospital news item says a system built with Neolook uses AI to analyse every sound in the room, picks out a baby's cry from staff conversation and equipment noise, and sends an alert to the nurse's care-alarm system, so nurses notice babies in incubators who cry too softly to hear. The nurse decides whether to go to the baby; the vendor's terms say the platform does not replace clinical monitoring systems. Hosting is not stated beyond 'cloud-based infrastructure' for S2S Academic.
