Connect AI builds a single 'verified' profile of a hotel (website content, brand story, rates, availability and reviews) and exposes it through MCP to AI assistants including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. It includes a direct-booking app inside ChatGPT, run by affiliate The Hotels Network (THN), that shows hotel-verified content and live rates and links to the hotel's booking engine; generative engine optimization (GEO) to make hotel websites easier for AI platforms to read; and AI-visibility tracking with competitor benchmarking. Lighthouse claims 21% more AI traffic for customers using it (vendor-reported). Rated medium: the data exposed is mainly commercial hotel content and rates rather than guest personal data, but the product pushes live data to third-party AI platforms under those platforms' terms, travelers' queries pass through ChatGPT and the THN app (how that data is handled is not described), and how AI assistants present the hotel is outside the customer's control. The FAQ answers, including whether travelers book inside ChatGPT, were not readable, and the affiliate's privacy notice was not found.

Lighthouse commits to answer EU AI Act Article 13 transparency requests within 30 business days and to give 30 days' notice before materially expanding Guardrail capabilities. No public status page, incident history or AI incident-reporting process was found in the pages read.
The Terms and the AI Use Policy say AI Output may be incorrect or not unique, and customers must evaluate its accuracy, including with human review, and must not present it as human-generated. Pricing Manager outputs are 'for informational purposes only'. Ernest Actions cannot be reversed once sent, the customer bears all consequences, and liability is capped at two times 12 months of fees per incident. The AI Use Policy calls hallucinations 'rare' but publishes no accuracy figures.
