Duetto's Revenue and Profit Operating System (RP-OS) is a cloud revenue management suite for hotels, casino resorts and hotel groups. Users are revenue, commercial and finance teams; the vendor reports 20,000+ properties in 100+ countries. Duetto is owned by GrowthCurve Capital (2024) and acquired FLYR Hospitality in October 2026. Rated medium: hotel pricing is not an Annex III high-risk use under the EU AI Act and decisions are not made about individuals, but the system ingests guest-level reservation data from PMS and CRS feeds at scale, can publish prices automatically to channels, and the generative AI component's provider and data flows are not disclosed. Assurance is comparatively solid for the category (vendor-stated SOC 2 Type 2 for security, availability and confidentiality, AWS hosting, encryption at rest and in transit, annual penetration test, 12-hour breach notification), but there is no public sub-processor list, DPA, hosting region statement or ISO 27001 certificate, and the US entity has no published EU establishment. The rating would fall to low once the SOC 2 report, DPA, sub-processor list and EU hosting option are confirmed and the LLM provider is shown not to receive guest personal data; it would rise if guest-level personalised pricing or casino player profiling were enabled using loyalty data.
