EvidenceHunt
by EvidenceHunt
EvidenceHunt is a web platform for searching medical evidence, used by clinicians, hospital and mental-health teams, researchers and life-sciences companies. The vendor says users chat with biomedical literature (PubMed, OpenAlex and Semantic Scholar, updated daily), national and international guidelines found through web search, publisher content from Springer Nature and Bohn Stafleu van Loghum, and their own protocols uploaded or connected from SharePoint, Google Drive or Zenya; researchers also use it for systematic-review screening, data extraction and evidence monitoring. Answers show the sources and passages they rest on. The vendor says an 'Intended Use Agent' blocks patient-specific medical advice, a PII guard redacts personal data from questions and uploads, and the chat states that it is not a medical device or clinical decision support tool and that clinicians must verify what it retrieves. It describes EU-hosted infrastructure, EU data-residency options and zero-data-retention endpoints at its AI providers.
