Homey MCP Server and ChatGPT app

Athom's MCP server (mcp.athom.com, November 2025) lets ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP-compatible assistants read device status and control Homey smart homes; a one-click Homey app inside ChatGPT followed in 2026. Through it an assistant can control devices, start Flows and Moods, rename and move devices, and create or update Flows and Advanced Flows from a plain-language description. It works with Homey Cloud, Homey Pro, Homey Pro mini and Self-Hosted Server, which also manage home batteries, solar and energy metering (Homey Energy). The announcement describes no confirmation step before an assistant changes devices or automations.
