Canopy by Jungle (Jungle AI, Baarn) is an AI platform for wind-farm operators that learns the normal behaviour of each turbine from existing SCADA and sensor data and flags deviations such as bearing issues, component overheating and pitch-system faults, so maintenance can be planned before failures. No extra hardware is needed. Ventolines, a Dutch renewable-energy developer and asset manager, is quoted on Jungle's site: Canopy detected abnormal temperature and pressure in a turbine's hydraulic system in February 2023, months ahead of traditional monitoring; the cause, a leaking hydraulic rotating union, was repaired and the turbine was back in full operation by August 2023. Technicians and asset managers decide on interventions; Canopy prioritises alerts.
