Kelly
Kelly is Workspace 365's 'AI colleague' for staff of care organisations in nursing and home care, disability care, mental health and hospitals, sold to organisations of roughly 150 or more employees. The vendor says Kelly searches the systems an organisation connects (the client record, intranet, HR and ticketing systems, knowledge base) using the signed-in employee's own permissions, shows protocols and client information with their source, summarises the night-shift handover, and drafts reports such as SOEP and incident (MIC) reports. A care-sector listing adds a listening mode that turns a conversation into a report. The vendor says the employee checks a draft for facts, wording and the right client and must explicitly approve before Kelly writes anything back, for example a report into Nedap Ons; Kelly makes no care decisions. The vendor says European customers are hosted by default in Microsoft Azure West Europe (Netherlands), data stays in the EU and customer data is not used to train models.
