Klinik Access
by Klinik AI
Klinik Access is an online triage and patient-flow system for primary care, sold in the Netherlands through Huisartsen van Nederland to GP practices and also assessed for out-of-hours GP posts. Patients describe a new complaint in a structured online questionnaire. The vendor says its medical engine uses Bayesian probabilistic reasoning over more than 1,000 symptoms and conditions to produce a probability-ranked list of possible conditions and a preliminary urgency, and routes each case to the right care. Its EUDAMED entry warns that the engine must not give a diagnosis directly to a patient, is not intended for critical situations and must not be the sole basis for a diagnosis. In the Dutch set-up a GP assistant reads the AI-assisted summary and differential diagnosis and decides the next step; Digizo.nu records that the tool gives no autonomous advice. The Digizo.nu assessment says data storage is encrypted by Google Cloud; no region is stated.
