Medicore AI is the set of AI functions built into the Medicore ECD, a client record system for mental health care, youth care and clinics. In a November 2025 whitepaper, Medicore says it offers a chat function that lets care professionals ask the ECD questions directly, plus automatic translation and improvement of text for client communication. The Platform Zorg AI directory (profile updated August 2026) lists the native functions as 'Hey Medicore' for questions about the record, a record summary that links to the parts of the record it draws on, and an AI text editor that simplifies, improves and translates text. Speech-to-text and AI agents come from partners, such as Medendo, Verticai and Inquira Health. Medicore's statements on oversight concern partner agents: the care professional stays responsible for every decision about content. Medicore names no model. Its privacy statement says it processes personal data in principle within the EEA, and its UP layer works on data replicated to Azure; the region used for AI processing is not stated.
