myneva.AI is the set of AI functions in myneva, the client record system formerly sold as Regas, used in the Netherlands by social work, shelters, Veilig Thuis, youth care and mental health organisations. The vendor says social workers can dictate or type observations during or after contact with a client, and the AI turns them into a structured overview of the client's situation and support needs and places relevant information in the record. Staff can record in their own language and have the text translated into the target language; the myneva.care app page says this covers 99 languages. myneva's pages describe no review or approval step before the AI output is saved, and they name no model or AI provider. The vendor says all data is stored within the EU, that data is processed anonymously and encrypted, and that customer data is not used to train AI models.
