Notiro is an AI clinical documentation platform that automates the full clinical workflow for clinicians. It uses real-time ambient AI to capture patient encounters and turn them into structured SOAP notes, clinical orders, and coding-ready documentation (ICD-10 and CPT code suggestions) that sync directly to the EHR. Intended users are clinicians including family medicine, internal medicine, nurse practitioners, primary care and urgent care practices. Additional capabilities include an AI patient intake agent that collects history/symptoms/vitals before visits, AI medical coding suggestions, EHR integration (certified Athenahealth integration partner with secure browser-based push to other major EHRs), SOAP & HPI templates, Magic Edit voice/text editing, smart phrases (dot phrases), and contextual awareness of patient history and prior diagnoses. The vendor states every conversation is encrypted, practices receive a signed BAA, and audio is discarded immediately after the note is generated.
