Robin
Robin is an AI scribe for Dutch mental health care made by Het Scribe Collectief, which also provides human scribes and 'adoption scribes', psychology students who set up Robin and tune its templates for clinicians. The vendor says Robin turns therapy conversations into structured summaries, configurable with the organisation's own formats, headings, prompts and terminology, with templates for intakes, evaluations and treatment sessions. The clinician stays in control: the vendor says a report enters the client record only after it has been checked and approved, and its privacy statement makes the care organisation responsible for entering data into the record. The privacy statement says the audio file is deleted directly after processing, while the transcript and summary are held temporarily in Microsoft Azure data centres in Sweden and irreversibly deleted after at most seven days; the company has no access unless the care organisation grants temporary permission. The vendor names no speech or language model.
