ValueCare Digitale Assistent (LuCa)
by ValueCare
ValueCare's Digitale Assistent, which ValueCare also calls LuCa, is a speech-based documentation assistant for clinicians in mental health and addiction care, hospitals and other care sectors. The vendor says it records the session, produces a structured report after the conversation, prepares client summaries before the next session, and feeds registration of care activities into ValueCare's automated checks on completeness, lawfulness and billing. ValueCare's user instructions tell the clinician to get client consent, then check the generated report for errors and completeness, correct it, save it and copy it into the client record; Digizo.nu's assessment says data reaches the record after the clinician verifies and approves it. ValueCare has not published which speech or language models the assistant uses or where it is hosted. Its ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certification, issued by DNV, names the 'digitale zorgassistent' in its scope.
