COSMIC-EYE is Orbital Eye's satellite monitoring platform that combines radar and multispectral satellite imagery and processes it with AI algorithms to flag potential threats along pipeline corridors, such as third-party activity. When a risk is detected, the platform gives team members coordinates and current images so they can evaluate in the office and plan targeted field inspections. Gasunie Deutschland, the German subsidiary of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie, ran a six-month pilot covering about 200 km of its gas transmission network and is evaluating broader use. The case page says the pilot followed earlier collaborations between Orbital Eye and Gasunie in the Netherlands, without details. Orbital Eye is based in Delft.
