HypeMigo is a consumer photo-to-video studio with 16 'AI video trend' templates. The user adds one or two photos (themselves, friends, family or pets), optionally through a phone-transfer link, and Seedance 2.5 generates a roughly reference-length 480p video with newly generated AI audio for 20 credits, inserting the photographed people into recreations of well-known trend clips named after real songs, films and performers. Photos pass through HypeMigo's server (validation and EXIF removal) to a 'video service' that the privacy page does not name. Rated high on limited evidence: the operator is not identified anywhere and the Terms themselves say 'operating identity and support contact must be confirmed before public paid launch'; the only contact is a personal Gmail address shared with zombieai.video and bulin47aipro.org, two other catalog records, and HypeMigo reuses both of those trends as templates, which points to a common operator or code base; it generates synthetic video of real people's likenesses, often third parties, with no stated consent verification, age limit, output ownership, watermarking or provenance labelling and no abuse or takedown route beyond the one email; the provider, its location and its retention terms are unknown; the phone-transfer relay passes a copy of each photo through HypeMigo's server behind a 10-minute link that works for anyone holding it; and the rights to the referenced clips and sounds are left to users. In its favor, the Terms prohibit deceptive impersonation, harassment and non-consensual intimate content, session recording and automatic capture are off in PostHog analytics, and original photos are said not to be stored server-side. Whether paid generation is actually live was not determined: the Pricing page says generation and payments are 'not open yet' while showing purchase buttons. The rating applies if generation is enabled.
