Its first workflow, Patient Summary, collects, orders and summarises a patient's record at the press of a button into a structured overview with references to the source documents; another workflow turns incoming referral forms into a discipline-specific intake overview. A customer quote also describes tumour-volume timelines from the hospital's own imaging segmentation models shown through kaiko. The vendor says it builds its own models in its research lab, trained on imaging, pathology, genomics and clinical text, but does not say which model writes the summaries. Its terms say outputs are probabilistic, may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a qualified professional; the vendor says the clinician makes the call. Patient data stays under the hospital's control on European infrastructure; its trust center lists Microsoft Azure as a sub-processor.
