Kira (by Litera) is an AI-powered contract analysis and document review platform purpose-built for high-volume, high-stakes legal review and M&A due diligence. It uses over 1,400 pre-built, lawyer-trained 'smart fields' to extract clauses, key terms and data points across thousands of contracts at once, and offers natural-language cross-document question answering (Kira Grid Chat) with cited answers, plus collaborative review grids for M&A, real estate, banking and finance. Intended users are law firms and in-house legal, contract and M&A teams. It integrates with Microsoft 365, Litera Transact, HighQ and Intralinks.
