It combines instant messaging, video conferencing, cloud storage, document collaboration, smart calendar, native email, and AI-powered features including real-time translation (100+ languages), live meeting transcription, and AI meeting minutes. The platform targets cross-border teams and enterprises with features for workflow automation, OKR management, task tracking, role-based access control, and enterprise-grade data encryption. Also known as Feishu in China (separate data storage in Beijing). Banned in the US as of January 2025 under the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act.
