Quatt's in-house control software for its HomeBattery, hybrid and all-electric heat pumps and Chill cooling; Quatt reports 20,000+ household customers. It charges and discharges the home battery on dynamic prices, prioritises own solar power and offers the battery for grid support; for hybrid systems it compares the live electricity and gas price and switches heat source. In user tests it measures how fast each home heats and cools to learn a per-home thermal model and pre-heat in cheap hours. It runs fully automatically; customers see prices and results in the Quatt app and can pair it with the Quatt Energy dynamic contract.
