Rotomate is an industrial AI application that acts as an 'AI colleague for rotating equipment' / condition monitoring. It combines existing condition monitoring signals with process and maintenance data, reads every machine in real time, and finds developing faults before they reach production. It then prioritizes assets, recommends and explains the action needed (a 'finding', not just an alert, with the spectrum and trend behind it), and answers natural-language questions with reasoning shown. Intended users are industrial reliability teams: plant managers, vibration analysts and maintenance planners in manufacturing and process industries. It connects to existing sensors, CMMS, EAM, ERP and operational systems with no new hardware. Vendor-reported outcomes include 83% less time on manual monitoring and up to 8% production improvement (internal analysis/benchmarks); deployed at Metsä Group where it analyzes ~1,000 vibration signals in 10-15 minutes and found a developing bearing fault a threshold-based system missed.
