Slimme Postverwerking is an AI function in Sanday, a cloud information system for GP practices, pharmacies and dispensing GPs formed by the merger of Promedico and Omnihis. It is part of the Sanday Plus package and is used by GPs and practice staff. The vendor says the AI processes incoming post such as specialists' letters: it writes a short structured summary, selects the matching episode and topic, and fills in the specialty of the sender. Sanday says it developed this function itself, as opposed to the partner AI it integrates (Juvoly speech recognition, Bingli triage). Sanday says its AI gives suggestions and does not decide: the GP keeps control and makes the final decision. The vendor names no model or provider. Its privacy statement says personal data is always processed within the EU, and Sanday says all data stays within its own secured environment.
