In the Netherlands, Sympower manages the electricity consumption of GETEC.Park's CHP gas turbines (Emmen chemical park utilities) for grid balancing; the park's operations manager chooses the available times and Sympower's platform does the rest. That case dates from October 2021; no 2023+ Dutch energy-company user found. Commercial models offered to battery owners include tolling, revenue share, SaaS and revenue floors.
