Zoef is a managed AI workspace for mental health and youth care teams, built by Clara Intelligence B.V. in Groningen; education and commercial teams also use it. It offers AI chat for writing, summarising, searching and analysing documents, speech-driven reporting, use of the organisation's own protocols and knowledge, and agents for recurring tasks such as a letter to the GP, a summary of a multidisciplinary meeting or a quarterly report. The vendor says it connects to Nedap Ons and Curiat for reports, intakes, progress notes and questionnaires in the client record. Zoef says agents do not write into the record on their own: Zoef prepares a draft, and the professional checks, edits and approves it before it is recorded. Organisations choose which models staff may use and can limit tools, sources, roles and retention. Zoef says client data is stored in Dutch data centres (Leafcloud), AI processing stays in the EU/EEA, recordings are deleted after transcription and no data is used to train models.
