Fysio AI
Fysio AI is an AI scribe for physiotherapy practices, sold by SmartIntake AI, which offers the same technology under other names for other professions. Physiotherapists use it during intake (anamnesis) conversations, in its own web app or inside the intake module of the Intramed practice system. The vendor says it records the conversation, transcribes it with speech recognition and uses an AI model trained on physiotherapy terminology to write a structured report in the practice's own template, placing information in the matching intake fields; a live SmartIntake mode prompts the therapist on required discussion points. The therapist checks and corrects the report, and the vendor's DPIA says the app enforces a review step so output is never stored in the record without the professional. Audio is deleted right after processing and generated text within 24 hours. The vendor names Google Cloud Platform for hosting and processing and Microsoft Azure for its AI model, both within the EEA.
