Its 'digital workers' prepare work orders for approval and can flag and log reportable HSE incidents automatically. The vendor says technicians confirm or edit suggestions and customers set what each digital worker may read, act on and must get approved. It runs as SaaS on Microsoft Azure in the region the customer picks.
