Keikku
by Lapsi Health
Keikku is a clinical AI platform from Amsterdam-based Lapsi Health for physicians in practices, clinics and telehealth. Its software modules are Scribe, which records the consultation and drafts SOAP, progress, psychiatric and other notes with suggested ICD-10, CPT or SNOMED CT codes; Reference, a question-answering tool that cites sources such as PubMed and clinical guidelines; and Clinical Summaries, which brings a patient's encounters and records into one view. Lapsi Health also sells a Keikku stethoscope device with FDA-cleared heart-murmur detection from eMurmur; that device is outside this entry. The vendor says the clinician reviews, edits and approves everything before it enters the record or is shared, and remains responsible for clinical decisions. Scribe supports English, Spanish and Dutch. Keikku Scribe is registered in EUDAMED as an MDR class I device. The vendor says data is encrypted in transit and at rest and PHI is not used to train third-party models; it does not say where data is hosted or which models it uses.
