Aiden is guided selling software for webshops. It asks a shopper a few questions and recommends the products that fit. E-commerce teams build these product advisors themselves from their own product knowledge. The vendor offers three modes: scripted, where conversation and recommendations are fixed; conversational, where AI runs the conversation and the recommendations stay rule-based; and agentic, where AI also handles free-text questions inside limits the retailer sets. An assistant called Aiden AI also suggests questions and answers while a team builds an advisor.
