Bildrix is AI construction takeoff and estimating software for general contractors and subcontractors in the United States and Canada. Intended users are estimators and project teams who bid from PDF plan sets. It reads uploaded PDF plan sets, detects and names rooms, doors, windows and walls, counts electrical devices against the sheet's own legend, measures areas, and carries quantities through to a priced estimate, client e-signature, change orders and invoices. It flags uncertain detections in a review queue rather than hiding them. Trades covered include architectural (rooms/doors/windows/walls), electrical in depth (devices, wire runs, circuits, panel schedules) and plumbing fixture counts on demand.
