Docyt is an AI-native ERP for hotels, restaurants, retail and franchises, combining Payments Suite (bill pay, corporate cards, AR/AP, vendor management, 1099 filing), Accounting Suite (daily revenue reconciliation by PMS/POS, continuous bank/card reconciliation, zero-day close, multi-entity and intercompany accounting, audit trail) and Business Intelligence Suite (daily flash, USALI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning). It uses hospitality-trained accounting AI (HpAI architecture with high-precision AI and humans in the loop, 16 AI agents, BooksGPT) to post what it is sure of and flag exceptions to human owners. Intended users are hotel owners and asset managers, CFOs/controllers, general managers, hotel management companies and accounting firms/BPOs managing multi-entity hospitality portfolios. It connects to 30+ POS/PMS integrations and over 25,000 financial institutions, and processes 250,000+ vendors and $1.3B+ invoice volume.
