Ecare PUUR. AI is the set of AI functions in PUUR., Ecare's client record system for home care, elderly care, disability care and mental health care. The vendor says the AI summarises reports, suggests actions based on what has been reported, and helps write reports: speech-driven reporting turns dictated observations into a written report, and a 'digital scribe' turns spoken input into structured reports placed in the right record fields. A January 2025 Vilans report describes the summary function, called 'op de hoogte', as summarising all reports over a chosen period with the sources linked so staff can check them. Ecare says AI supports professionals and their judgement stays decisive; the Platform Zorg AI directory adds that professionals check recognised measurements and decide on recommendations. Ecare says data and the AI model are hosted on Microsoft Azure in West Europe and that it does not train AI on customer data without consultation. Speech-to-text runs through Attendi, an EU sub-processor.
