Coforix (formerly HealthSage AI) is a hospital AI platform that connects to the electronic health record and runs AI agents from Coforix and third parties through one integration layer. The vendor sells three solutions on it. The Smart Problem List agent reads clinical notes and letters, extracts diagnoses, procedures and findings, codes them in SNOMED CT and proposes additions to the problem list. The No-show Agent scores upcoming outpatient appointments for no-show risk with a model originally built by UMC Utrecht, and can call, text or WhatsApp high-risk patients with a multilingual AI voice to confirm or rebook. The Clinical Data Transformer is a beta API that turns free text into SNOMED CT, ICD-10 and FHIR data. The vendor says every coded problem, summary and prediction is confirmed by a clinician before it enters the record. The platform is hosted in the EU, as SaaS or in the customer's own cloud.
