Cory.Care is a platform for GP practices covering consult preparation, digital triage, secure patient chat, questionnaires, follow-up planning and dashboards, with a link to the GP information system. The vendor says each patient session gets an urgency colour from U1 to U5, set automatically from validated protocols and AI analysis, that AI generates SOEP notes from consult transcripts for transfer to the GP system, and that the platform gives 'smart suggestions' for diagnostic support. It names no AI model; Azure OpenAI appears among its partner logos. The vendor does not say who checks the urgency estimate or the AI notes. The site's disclaimer says the GP practice remains responsible for medical care, and its terms say Cory.Care gives no medical advice or diagnoses and is not for emergencies. The vendor says all data is processed within the EU.
