Kepler's FAQ says the ideal settings are elderly-care, mental-health and hospital wards with a nurse-call system and staff trained in how alerts arise; that performance usually improves during implementation; that it records no ethnicity or age in training data, so the demographic make-up cannot be documented, although it reports testing across groups and an independent audit that found no significant bias; and that for the server version it receives on average one missed and about ten false-positive 'man-down' alerts a month (no installed-base denominator given). It says the on-camera NurseAssist version uses the same models, so performance 'should be comparable', and that feedback handling for that version is MOBOTIX's responsibility.
