Notiz AI is an AI module of Notiz, Performation's software for checking care registration in hospitals, developed with Adasco. It is used by care-administration and registration staff, not by clinicians. The vendor says Notiz checks registrations daily for lawfulness and completeness against structured data, and Notiz AI adds checks on free text in the electronic patient record: it reads reports such as operation, anaesthesia or telephone-consult notes and links them to registered activities to find missing or incorrect registrations before billing. Performation says the model is made hospital-specific and learns from users marking each flag as correct or not, and that it currently runs 80 generic checks. Flags go to worklists in Notiz, where staff follow them up and can open the record directly; robotic process automation can process some signals. In a supplier booklet, Performation names GPT-4o as its language model and says the product runs locally or centrally as SaaS in the Netherlands.
