Prosper AI AS (Oslo, parent: Techbud AS, founded 2024, ~7 employees) built its proprietary 'Prosper Engine' for reading uploaded documents and, via Prosper Risk Assessment, analyzing zoning plans, building permits and public registers to flag discrepancies and assess property risk for real estate agents and insurance companies. Note: Prosper AI's real-estate sales-brochure product line (its first, most commercialized product) was demerged into Prosper AI Eiendom AS and acquired by Spir Group ASA via Ambita AS in Oct 2025 (NOK 50M + up to NOK 141M earn-out, expected close Q1 2026). Prosper AI AS retains the Risk Assessment line and is exploring further real estate and insurance applications in the Nordics.
