We geven elke AI een score van maximaal 100 op basis van hoeveel hij over zichzelf deelt. We kijken naar vijf zaken:
- Wie er nog meer bij betrokken is — vertelt het je welke andere bedrijven je gegevens verwerken?
- Regels die het volgt — is het getoetst aan wet- en regelgeving en normen?
- Wat het gebruikers vertelt — heeft het een duidelijk privacybeleid, voorwaarden en beveiligingsbeloften?
- Hoe het werkt — legt het uit waarop het is getraind en hoe het is gebouwd?
- Het juiste doen — heeft het regels over veilig en eerlijk gebruik?
Een AI moet hier minstens de helft van delen om op de lijst te komen. We rangschikken op score. Bij een gelijke stand tussen twee AI's wint de populairste. Elk bedrijf kan per lijst maar één keer voorkomen.
We halen deze informatie uit wat bedrijven openbaar delen, de EU Open Source AI Index en onze eigen catalogus. Niemand betaalt om op deze lijst te staan.
