HICX is an AI-powered supplier management platform purpose-built for enterprise procurement and supply chain teams. It combines generative AI with agentic AI to automate supplier onboarding, supplier data governance (MDM/golden record), compliance validation, risk monitoring, and relationship management at scale. Intended users are procurement and supply chain leaders at large, complex enterprises managing thousands of suppliers (evidenced customers include Mondelēz International and AutoNation). AI agents address supplier document checks, tax validation, sanctions monitoring, ESG/financial/fraud risk monitoring, supplier relationship management, data deduplication/hierarchy restructuring, commentary and summary generation, smart supplier communications, and supplier chatbots. The platform integrates with ERPs and is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, single-tenant, with RBAC, SSO and audit trails.
