InternLM2.5 (Intern-S1)
InternLM2.5, also referred to as Intern-S1, is a large-scale open-source foundation model developed by Shanghai AI Laboratory in collaboration with SenseTime and other academic institutions. It is part of the InternLM series and is designed for advanced natural language understanding, generation, and multimodal capabilities. Intern-S1 is optimized for complex reasoning, tool use, and domain-specific applications, including coding, mathematics, and agent-based tasks. The model is released under the Apache 2.0 license, making it accessible for research and commercial use. It supports both English and Chinese languages and is designed to be deployable on consumer-grade hardware, such as a single GPU with 8GB of VRAM.
