Ledge is an AI-native financial close platform that automates the month-end close for finance and accounting teams in mid-market and enterprise organizations. A team of Accounting Agents fetches data from ERPs (e.g. NetSuite) and 150+ integrations, reconciles accounts, prepares working papers, analyzes flux and variances, and drafts journal entries, so teams review and approve prepared work instead of rebuilding the close from scratch. Use cases cover close orchestration, bank/balance-sheet account reconciliation, intercompany eliminations, accruals, revenue and deferral schedules, and monthly reporting. Runs on bespoke deterministic code with glass-box reasoning and requires human approval before anything posts.
