OurMind is a Dutch AI documentation platform for GPs and medical specialists, sold as two products. OurMind Notes records the consultation and drafts a medical note, such as a SOEP report, for the clinician's record. OurMind Assistant is a chat workspace with prebuilt assistants for summaries, letters, referrals and protocol questions; the vendor says users pick the model per task, including Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI Gemini models, and that the Assistant is not meant to give medical advice, make diagnoses or decide treatment. The help centre shows a reminder above every report to always check the output because AI can make mistakes; the clinician edits sections by hand or by typed instruction, then copies the note into the record or lets an integration place it there. The vendor says data is stored and processed in Europe, audio is deleted right after processing, and transcripts, summaries and chats are deleted after 72 hours.
