Pace is the AI operations platform for insurance, providing the orchestration, integrations, and governance layer for AI agents to securely execute insurance workflows from intake to resolution. It turns operating procedures (SOPs) into agentic workflows that collect inputs, complete tasks, update systems, and route exceptions. It is built for insurance carriers, brokers, MGAs, and TPAs to run operations such as submission intake and quote turnaround, life claim support, intelligent intake and NIGO resolution, policy checking, first notice of loss (FNOL) automation, and certificate of insurance (COI)/policy change/endorsement processing. Intended users are insurance operations teams; evidenced use cases span carriers (e.g., Prudential, Palomar, Convex US), MGAs (RYZE Claim Solutions), and brokers (WTW).
