Oneteam is a staff app for companies with frontline workers, used for news, onboarding, courses, checklists and surveys. Its AI assistant, Buddy, answers employees' questions from the company's own content, such as the handbook, policies and training documents, in more than 50 languages. The company can set Buddy's name and tone and sees which questions are asked and where the content has gaps. Oneteam says Buddy answers only from approved sources.
