Ontzorgd.ai is a reporting tool for Dutch mental health care professionals such as psychologists and psychiatrists, used through a web app or from within the client record. The vendor says the software listens during a session, transcribes the audio every four seconds and within seconds drafts a report from GGZ-specific templates, including intake, session report, referral letter, treatment plan, autism and ADHD assessment reports and developmental history; users then edit the draft with AI-assisted functions. Its terms say the service is meant only for administrative purposes, not as a diagnostic tool or for medical advice, and that the care organisation must check, verify and adjust the output before using it. Reports export with one click to Medicore, Epos Zilos or Nedap Ons. The vendor says its infrastructure runs in the Azure region Germany West Central, audio fragments are deleted after processing, and transcripts and reports are kept 14 days by default unless the user turns this off.
