Payt accounts-receivable AI features
by Payt
Payt is Dutch accounts-receivable and debtor-management software that markets itself as 'powered by AI'. Its AI feature page describes a predictive model of payment behaviour used to send reminders earlier or later, act faster on high-risk invoices or call the debtor; automatic labelling of incoming debtor messages such as invoice questions, payment-plan requests and payment confirmations; an 'AI worker' that phones customers to locate invoice e-mails and logs call notes; and a reporting copilot in beta. Frank Energie's privacy statement says it shares customers' personal data with Payt for debtor management, and Payt's energy-industry page carries Pure Energie and Frank logos. Payt does not name a model or hosting, and neither source says which AI modules the energy suppliers have switched on (labelling and payment arrangements must be requested separately).
