Note: Prosper AI's real-estate sales-brochure product line (its first, most commercialized product) was demerged into Prosper AI Eiendom AS and acquired by Spir Group ASA via Ambita AS in Oct 2025 (NOK 50M + up to NOK 141M earn-out, expected close Q1 2026). Prosper AI AS retains the Risk Assessment line and is exploring further real estate and insurance applications in the Nordics.
