ToetsPers AI, called TOA, is the AI assistant in ToetsPers, a Dutch test platform for secondary schools with modules for making (Composa), taking (Forma) and analysing (Summa) tests. Teachers use it to mark paper and digital tests and to create test material. The vendor says TOA turns the teacher's marking instructions into a scoring matrix, recognises handwritten answers in scanned tests and splits them by student and question, and proposes partial points and feedback with a reason for each answer; it can also generate questions with marking instructions from a textbook method, SLO attainment targets or uploaded sources, and cut old tests into reusable items. The teacher checks the scoring matrix and the detected answers, then accepts or changes each proposed score and sets the final grade, and ToetsPers says data is never processed outside the EU.
